On Saturday I went to a YOGA class after a week with no OM activity. Oh Men! I MUST do you YOGA at least 4 days a week. What a difference.
Even when I was stiff as a piece of wood, my body like it. Then I went to the chiro for a quick aligment and more work on my left knee.
After that I did my WOD: 20miles TT. Decided to go to Bristol beacuase I had a birthday party over there.
Total time: 1:03:11. Nice ride, pushing hard on the hills on a very humid day.
