Yoga & Backsquats

Today, even when I have a long night, I start the day early with a call to my mentor life/ coach Ana, who lives in Honk Kong. Great call I really enjoy it.

Then I went to a Yoga class in order to keep my research about YOGA styles and classes.

After that work and a little nap in order to keep it up tonigh.

Went to the YMCA @ 2pm to do my WOD.

1-1-1-1-1-1 Backsquats

Warm up with 1000 mts row.

1- 45+90=135lb
1- 45+90+90=225lb
1- 45+90+90+50=275lb* not deep enough
1- 45+90+90+20=245lb
2- 45+90+90+20=245lb* 2 reps
2- 45+90+90+20=245lb* 2 reps
2- 45+90+90+20=245lb* 2 reps
1- 45+90+90+20=245lb

Last backsquats 265lb on 4/29


Now waiting for Bellator 20.

  1. NEXT TIME I WILL BE WORKING ON MORE RANGE OF MOTION (GOING DEEPER) MAX IS RIGHT, I NEED MY KNEES BELOW 90 DEGREES. THIS WOD DO NOT COUNT!
