Shoulder Press

Don't know what to expect today. I don't remember the last time I did shoulder press.

Went to YMCA Saratoga at evening.

Warm up with 1000 mts. row and then went to the back for today's WOD.

5-5-5-5-5 shoulder Press

45lb warm up
45+50=95lb
45+50+20=115lb
45+50+20=115lb
45+50+20+5=120lb
45+50+20+5=120lb

I tried to push it as far as I can.
