Yoga, Row, deadlift & Bike

Saturday started with a Yoga class @ 9am, Maureen once again teach a wonderful class, she is an angel.

Then I went to Dr. Erin (Chiropractor) for my weekly alignment and launch with family.

Went home and before heading out again to pickup my bike at Benidorm I did the first WOD of the day.

Time of day 1:51pm
Deadlift 1/2 bodyweight (*) 30X, 1000m row for time
Bodyweight=170lb /2=85lb
(*)Modified weight 45+90+50=185lb (100lb more than prescribed)

Total time: 5:44

After that I pickup my bike at Canton, CT and rode for 20km, not my fastest time but felt like I had no legs left, tired.

Total time: 34:34
