Today I wake up late in order to be able to work all night, like the last 5 Thursdays.
Went to the YMCA for the 3-3-3-3-3 deadlifts.
Was not that motivated but once I was there I started right away. The only thing I did wrong was no warm up at all, I now is not the right way to do it...
1) 45+90= 135lb
2) 45+180= 225lb
3) 45+270= 315lb (try to go heavy with 2x25 and 2x10s but fail)
4) 45+270= 315lb
5) 45+270= 315lb
Maybe next time will warm up before and get heavier.
Like in the picture my body, mind and soul are looking for one thing: 2.4 miles swim, 112 miles bike and 26.2 miles run! bring it on!!!
